It’s an excellent app for creating amazing box offers. I mainly installed it for the “buy any X for X price” type of offer, and it’s been working perfectly. Also, I’ve never seen better customer support in any other app. They took my issue seriously, made every effort to resolve it, and kept me updated throughout. If there were an option to give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

I was having problems with getting my first Box live on my website, so I tried the 24/7 support link in the Box Bundle App, expecting it to be a useless Bot. Pleasant surprise, it was a real person, Anne, even at 10p.m. on Saturday, and she sorted out my issues really quickly. Super impressive. And the Easify Box Bundle Builder is awesome. More than 5* if possible, for Easify and Anne.

A+++++. I'm not sure there is any better app for Shopify than this app. The app is amazing, the support is amazing, the endless customization options are amazing. They obviously understand shoppers, and how they shop, and understand how to make life easy for Shopify store owners to set up. I 100% recommend this app and am grateful for their access to support via the Live Chat and ability to acknowledge when they don't know the answer, they will get back to you later with an update.

The interface is user-friendly, but it still has the power and flexibility to do exactly what I need. This is a really good app, we're still learning what it can do and applying it to ease the customer journey on our store. Good support, it took a couple of days but they found and fixed a bug that was stopping it working. The only negative I'd have is that it does take up alot of screen space so even on a laptop the UX could be better and on a mobile screen (80% of our traffic) the screen design means you can't even see 2 products properly. But in fairness I've not asked them to look at this yet so they might be able to improve that too.

There are many bundling apps out there but this is a great app for delivering something new in allowing customers to pick and choose and create own bundles by doing mix n match. This feature is not available in most other apps. Also the multi-step feature is great feature

We've been using Easify Product Options for over a year mainly as a build your own multi pack, and have been consistently impressed, so we were excited to try this new app from the same team. For our use case, it feels like Easify Options 2.0, packed with more advanced features and perfect for building multi-step box builders or more complex product flows. While it’s still early and missing a few customization options, the foundation is solid, and we’re looking forward to seeing how it evolves. Can’t wait to explore more as new features roll out!

The perfect app for complex product needs – and amazing support! Easy Box has been a game-changer for our store. We had several specific requirements that no other app could fully address, but Easy Box solved all of them effortlessly. Among others: • Custom fields that adapt dynamically based on product variants • Bundle logic with different information displayed depending on the selection • An ok design • Full multi-language support, which is essential for our markets • Accurate inventory tracking across all variants • Output organized by SKU, making stock and order management seamless The support team is super fast, responsive, and truly helpful every time we needed assistance. There are still a couple of improvements we’d love to see: • Colors are displayed as pills, not visual swatches, which doesn’t match the design language of our website • The “From X€” pricing needs to be set manually – it would be amazing if it updated automatically during sales or promotions • Have a more customisable desing That said, this app has allowed us to launch product configurations we couldn’t have done otherwise. Highly recommended if you have complex needs and value solid support.
