Dripshipper made starting my coffee business so easy. The app connects smoothly with Shopify, and the coffee quality is amazing—my customers love it! Orders are fulfilled automatically, and customizing products is simple. Great support team too. Highly recommend for anyone selling coffee online!

I downloaded the app and selected the zoom meeting, in order to learn more about the app. I received 2 text message confirmations for the meeting, but the day of the scheduled zoom meeting no one showed up. I emailed support and didn't get a reply until 1 day later. I went onto their page again to learn how to use the app but I was disappointed once I realized they don't offer human support and are very difficult to contact. I signed up for the $99 package which I believe stated, that they would provide setup assistance, but I never received any. I was charged $99 yesterday 5/29/25 despite not even setting up anything yet. I have request my refund and am waiting to see how long it takes to receive a response. I like the idea of the app, but it needs to provide better support. I will be setting up my drop shipping services with a company that offers that human contact and prompt support.

This app is convenient, user friendly. The customer service I received from before signing up, then signed up to designing my logo and website has been great. Special shout outs to Aasiya, Haroon, Tayyab, and Raheel. Sorry if I missed anyone. Thanks for all the training information provided and I will be studying a lot.

Because it won't help me to correct the order and payment, which I lost customers... And, no interpreter provide due of my deafness in zoom meeting

Dripshipper app did use colors I asked for when I made my purchase. When I had issues and contacted them, they were able to answer my questions. The service I purchased was completed after I did have to prove I purchased the service; give screen shots, purchase amount, prove it was cleared through my bank as paid, and date ordered/paid in full to receive the service. I did have to follow up with the Dripshipper app team to get the service completed though.

I am absolutely satisfied with the products! The coffees are the best I have ever sampled. I am proud to sell the product. My customers are also very happy.

Very Great customer service and super helpful. love the fact that the price was very affordable, and they practically set your store, and everything so well laid out and they give you a ton of downloads to help with your social media with building a community. This is my third try at having a store. the first time was a golfing supply store and just couldn't get great shipping which people don't like so they don't buy. The second store I had was a general store which had various products of all kinds and still with the crappy shipping and cheap products so no one would buy because the shipping too long. This store is my third time, and I feel great about this one as the shipping is fast and I ordered coffee and will get it in 5 days and it's in the USA. I have used Dripshipper for a while and had plenty of orders come through, everyone loves the coffee and are regulars now. Super Fresh Coffee and Fast shipping. One time I had an order come through on Friday and the customer received it monday. Super fast if you ask me! The store is so automated I dont have to waste time inputting address on each order and submitting the tracking. Everything is automated and soon as I get order notification on shopify its already sent to Dripshipper and in processing. Thank you Dripshipper for setting the store up and getting me connected to social media and my suppliers.

Wanted to sell their Tea as I have a successful company that gives back to Nurses and Veterans, but after seeing they have a monthly membership cost I decided to not go with them. Even with a 14 day free trial that is still not enough. I understand that it is probably to "Cover costs" or whatever their excuse will be, but yeah. monthly memberships are a huge turn off.
