Expensive subscription and very high cost items. You will lose money! I've had them for 6 months now and I lose out on profit because of their monthly subscription fees on top of the items cost is so high if you don't sell each bag at a 76% markup you don't profit anything!! My issue also lies in horrible customer service times and lack of transparency on their product descriptions..... also you are stuck doing refunds on your own since they have a strict no refund or exchange policy........ Be careful if you decide to go with this supplier they are very expensive especially for beginners. It's worth looking into local coffee shops where you live to supply your store.

☆☆ Mixed experience overall. Arkam was attentive, knowledgeable, and ultimately helped me understand what was needed to get the store operational. His support was genuinely 5 star and appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating. Prior to Arkam’s involvement, interactions with Aasiya and Rasheel were extremely poor. Responses were delayed for over 12 hours, communication lacked clarity, and the assistance provided did not demonstrate a basic understanding of the issue. That resulted in an entire day lost. When you are trying to launch a store, delays like that directly translate to lost revenue. While Arkam delivered strong support, the inconsistency in customer service significantly impacted the experience.

I paid for the store set up and WOW! If I had done this myself, it would have taken me weeks and it probably would not have been done. I didn't really want to pay for the set up but I am so glad I did. The brand logo was done for me and I couldn't find one I really liked on my own and I am also not artistic. They returned a logo on the first try that I really liked and I had tried AI for two days searching for a logo. I did provide a mock logo that I liked on AI but told them I didn't have rights to it and to redo it completely. They totally redid the logo and it didn't look anything like the provided one but did retain the elements that I was looking for. I recommend you to use the store set up if you choose to work with Dripshipper. Their services were awesome!
