This App is helping us to save a lot of time and it works without any issues. We needed help at the beginning to understand how it works and the support was really fast and helpful in explaining to us how to use it. Now we wouldn´t want to miss this App :) We do highly recommend using it, if you are shipping with DPD.

I´ve been using this for a year now, and it is god send even for small business. It made easier to create shipping labels, in bulk, so we can ship easily all of our orders. Most of the issues i´ve had are more DPD related of how the postal coding is working. I just hope this will evolve to all carriers and use it a one stop solucion for shipping :)

This is as vital to our sales flow. As we're only on the Shopify Basic tier, we weren't able to use the official DPD Shopify integration (as it lacked PII data). WSA works flawlessly, allowing us to create shipping labels and packing slips quickly and in bulk. The shipping status is synced with Shopify Admin, so we have to spend little to no time checking the official DPD app. If you ship with DPD, this is the app you need.

We’ve been using DPD Integration for our Shopify store and it works great. Setup was easy, the app is stable, and it saves us a lot of time by automating shipping labels. Choosing a DPD office for delivery is also very convenient. Definitely recommended for anyone shipping with DPD.

I have been using the WebShopAssist DPD integratipn on my 4 websites for about 5 years now. I've never had a single issue with it. It always works as expected and the customisations available on the order list are so helpful. What's most important to me for a Shopify app is the support available and I can hand on heart say that Bogdan has been so helpful with anything I have needed. He just added an extra customisation for me that I needed in a quick turnaround with no questions asked. Thnak you Bogdan! :)

This app is great and so too is the support we have received. We are using this app in conjunction with the Postcode Shipping app. We have been able to create a wide range of shipping options based on the order value, location & weight. These have all been mapped to dedicated DPD services to avoid any manual sorting. Highly recommend!

Works better by a mile than other more expensive integration options we've tried. Emails are responsive, and the app is fairly intuitive with good functionality. DPD is an excellent choice for parcel shipping, especially with the premium package. It handles pick-up points at checkout seamlessly and greatly simplifies the shipping process. I highly recommend it if you're using DPD for deliveries. The customer service is quick and helpful.

Everything worked just fine and rating would be high, however after few months the app stopped communicating with DPD so it became quite useless. We are now trying for two months get it back on - app support team promises help with integration but their help was in telling us go and solve it with DPD - good luck trying to do that when you dont understand technology. We give it last week to try to resolve and than we have to uninstall as it does not make sense to pay for something that has no use.

Important update! The app support contacted me. They helped me understand how the program works and made the necessary settings. Now everything works great! Keep it up! =========== My company is forced to use this application until we find a more convenient one, even if it means changing the service provider. It is essential for our company to deliver our products to customers ONLY through parcel terminals. Unfortunately, the program does not provide such an option and by default the goods are transferred to the customer by courier, which makes delivery approximately TWICE as expensive. We contacted support, but, unfortunately, they refused to help us :( Now we are looking for another service provider and another application.
