Down pay App achieved exactly what we needed it to, which was a deposit on future inventory (we kept selling out). By using Downpay we were able to mitigate inventory risks and increase PO's after gauging demand. UI is buttoned up. After the customer initiates the deposit, their system makes it simple to charge the remaining amount from the 'Customers' tab. Support team was awesome to work with. Overall great experience, surprised more people aren't using it.

Works well, documentation is very good, and customer support is even better! Despite warning me it could be up to 2 days to hear back, I got an answer within 15 minutes and Ian walked me everything thing I had questions about and even did some adjustments based on our specific needs. Downpay is incredibly simple to setup and worked seamlessly for our Shopify website. The customisation options are very well considered and adapt to your website CSS. The highlight of Downpay is actually their support! Diana has been incredible - super prompt and clear with any questions I have. They also have very robust Help Guides which assist with editing CSS, customising emails and other FAQs. Would highly recommend
