This was a massive help for a product we crowdsourced. Easy to integrate, and we were in communication with their team throughout the implementation. I would highly recommend it. I’ve used Kickstarter and have also run crowdfunding directly through Shopify—Downpay made that possible and allowed us to fully own the campaign internally.

This is an excellent product that allows our store to take deposits for items not yet released which is extremely commonplace in our industry. Downpay solved a critical pain point for our high ticket item sales which has caused a lot of headaches and manual work for our operations team having to email and in some cases call each and every customer in order to get their draft order invoice paid to complete their order. Now with Downpay we can simply vault their card information while communicating when they will be charged their second half balance on their large order, then charge their card when their order is ready in 3 months rather than having to create multiple different orders to complete a single order.
