dotAOV: Order Editing is a self-service order editing app for post-purchase changes. After checkout, customers fix their own orders details from a secure, branded page — updating the shipping address, name, phone, email, and notes, or switching the size or color — in an editing window you set. You choose which fields are editable and for how long. Each edit is verified against the order and saved back to Shopify, so orders ship to the updated address with fewer support tickets.
