Avoid DOSS at all costs – huge waste of time We signed contracts with DOSS in late October 2024 and 11 months later still did not have a fully working product The first project manager assigned to us was excellent – organized, responsive, and professional. But when she left, everything fell apart. There was clearly no handover process because her replacement had no idea what our scope was, despite the fact that it was clearly defined in the original contract and repeated across multiple calls and emails. Instead of taking responsibility, cofounder Wiley Jones repeatedly tried to shift the blame onto us, claiming there was “unclear communication” or “lack of direction,” which is simply false. I personally explained our requirements to him multiple times on calls, repeated the same scope for months, and yet nothing moved forward. Eleven months later, we still didn't have many of the deliverables we asked for since Day 1. We were patient, cooperative, and proactive – DOSS was disorganized, evasive, and ultimately failed to deliver anything of value. The founder lacks professionality and accountability Total waste of time. Do not recommend. Seek other solutions
