Love this app so far! I was using another app for reviews for a couple of years and always found it difficult to navigate. So far this app is 100 times better. Customer service was great - they helped me set up everything and answered all of my questions quickly - A++! The customization is great, I found it easy to import all of my reviews from Etsy, and I love that I can control whether or not to send email reviews automatically or manually (since all of our sales funnel to Shopify from different platforms, i.e. etsy, this is a great feature for us)!
