Excellent App and amazing support. Doran helped us create a brand new email template based of our current email templates to keep the theme consistent. Really fast response times with many revisions to achieve the look we wanted. We would 100% recommend this app as a go to! Cherry on top is that it is absolutely free so get installing!

COULD NOT BE WITHOUT this app! Had some customization needed and their support team, mainly worked with Andrew, was fantastic to work with. Now customers can see the quantities we have in stock on Product pages vs before only could see quantities on the Collection pages so HUGE benefit to our customers which can lead to increased sales. Thanks Andrew and team for this app.

Can’t fault the Doran app or team at all. They’re always on hand and more than happy to help. There’s a lot of apps that want a monthly fee or a fee per sign up and a sign up isn’t a guaranteed sale. There Doran app does this for free. There’s a handful of other options in the app that I’m yet to look at but it’s great to know that there’s other options. Can’t believe this app is free.

Only issue I have is that all emails sent to Gmail recipients end up in Spam, even though my domain is set up correctly with a 10/10 rating in mail server tests. If anybody finds a solution for this, let me know.

I was having trouble getting the 'notify me when back in stock' button implemented on our website. So I reached out to the team to help me. They got the feature up and going very quickly. Thrilled with the customer service they provided and the install of the feature !!

Ich nutze die App seit ein paar Tagen und sie erfüllt genau das, was ich mir vorgestellt habe. Die Kunden können sich nun benachrichtigen lassen, wenn ein Artikel wieder verfügbar ist und ich konnte eine Kollektion mit den Modellen der nächsten Saison (demnächst verfügbar) erstellen. Ein kleines Problem bzgl. der Anzeige (statt demnächst verfügbar wurde ausverkauft angezeigt) wurde umgehend von den Entwicklern gelöst. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser App.

The application is young and can still receive improvements, but the basic development is good. The application is already complete, easy to configure (especially for sending follow-up emails) and the support is very responsive. After testing many similar applications, I recommend this one. Since my first review many adjustments and improvements have been made at my request. Always in record time. The support is incredibly available and competent! I use 14 third-party apps for my Shopify store, I have tested dozens of them. It's simply the best support I've ever had to deal with. If I could give 6 stars I would !

Been using the app for a couple of weeks and it's really good. Have to give a massive shoutout to Andrew who has been very prompt getting back with support tickets and been able to update the plugin for my Theme super fast. Looks like a WONDERFUL App, and would love to use this app to simply display my PreOrder products. I was able to setup 1 Campaign for 2 Products without too much trouble. PROBLEM: My Campaign (PreOrder Button or Badge) never showed on the Product(s) or the Collection pages for those Products at all (app has been activated in theme settings). Using Dawn v15+.

Worked fine for a while and then suddenly I received thousands of emails about just 15 items out of stock. It had a complete paddy and I cannot imagine if it had sent thousands of emails to my customers. Reported the fault to the app developer and Uninstalled for the safety of my site. Developer has since been in touch to apologise and also confirm the issue is fixed. I already moved on to use my free Klaviyo back in stock flow that I hadn't even realised was readily available to me
