This is a totally scam company. I changed to an enterprise plan because of getting more products added to the store. So, with even $ $299/month plan - U can only list the same products like 2500 like before. There is absolutely no change. So, after 30 minutes, I contacted them back saying that this is not right and I wanted to go back to the original plan because there are absolutely no more products you can get on an enterprise plan. ( KEVIN PURPOSEFULLY DIDN'T MENTION THAT ENTERPRISE PLAN WOULD BRING SAME 2500 PRODUCTS WHICH I ALREADY HAD IN PROMOTED PLAN ONE YEAR AGO). The trick was to hide and then when I came back and said that I didn't get any benefits then I needed to go back to my original plan. He said that the system is new and I can't add more products.) So, In summary, They WANTED ME TO LOSE A DISCOUNTED PLAN. On call, Kevin literally flipped and became so rude which he was nice while I wanted to upgrade.. totally bad experience. Make sure you have all the info before you use this company. If they give a discounted price to acquire you then they would take it away very soon.

There are multiple nuances in order to facilitate product orders through this app such as knowing to and how to set shipping rates; understanding how to navigate exporting inventory lists; not realizing that limits on amount of inventory are set based on plan; in ability to have live support help and lack of inventory order terms where as the customer's order amount is due immediately well before payment is sent to the seller.

So far so good. I'm on the $29.99/mo plan, opened my Shopify store this week and started making sales. Thanks!

Everything is exactly as described. Everything works. It is organized, although a little extra searching is needed for some products. Especially in the gardening niche. It would also be nice to see some vegetable and herb seeds too at least. If not flowers and fruits too. Customer service responds instantly and might require you to have a little patience is all. As it is usually just a bot you are dealing with.

I have a company in the United States, and I integrated DOBA into my Shopify store. Two days later, despite no issues, they restricted my account. Furthermore, after taking the money, customer service described this app as normal. However, this is not good when the store is opened, products are loaded, and you're about to make a sale. Be aware that you might encounter a surprise at any moment with this app.

DO NOT RELY ON DOBA SUPPORT. A FULL MONTH WITH NO ACTION I’VE BEEN CHASING DOBA SUPPORT FOR OVER A MONTH. MULTIPLE AGENTS PROMISED “WE’LL EMAIL YOU WITH UPDATES.” I NEVER RECEIVED A SINGLE EMAIL. SUPPLIERS HAD ITEMS RETURNED BACK TO THEIR WAREHOUSES AND STILL HAVEN’T ISSUED MY REFUNDS. THESE UNREFUNDED ORDERS TOTAL $3,241.38: $1,331.71 (ELIO 60" VANITY) — “NO RETURN NEEDED” BUT STILL NO REFUND. $773.64 (WALLACE & BAY DRESSER) — RETURNED TO SUPPLIER, NO REFUND. $1,136.03 (96" × 48" METAL FRAMED MIRROR) — DAMAGED, RETURNED, NO REFUND. I’M ON THEIR HIGHEST $299 PLAN AND EXPECTED REAL HELP. INSTEAD, IT’S BEEN SILENCE AND STALLING. I CAN’T ASK CUSTOMERS TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING WHEN THE FAULT IS ON THE SUPPLIER, AND DOBA WON’T ENFORCE THE SUPPLIER’S OWN POLICY. THIS HAS CAUSED MAJOR LOSSES FOR MY BUSINESS. THEY LITERALLY RAN THE BUSINESS TO THE GROUND. I LIKE THE IDEA OF THE PLATFORM, BUT THE EXECUTION AND SUPPORT ARE ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH. UNTIL DOBA CAN PROVIDE RELIABLE FOLLOW-THROUGH AND ENFORCE REFUNDS PROMPTLY, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. AVOID AT ALL COST!!

So far so good. I'm on the $29.99/mo plan so I have to be careful of my store choices cause I only got 20 which is a lot of options. I've used other drop shipping websites but this is one that ships straight out of the USA. So you shouldn't wait an eternity for items to be received. I'm excited to see what work. The purchasing process for sample products was easy peasy. Thanks.

They don't pay the order directly from the funds paid by customer. I had to use my personal account to pay the order!
