Wir versenden nur Warensendungen und haben in der App keinen Zugriff auf das Porto für Warensendungen bei der Post (2,70€ ü 0,85€ Gewichtszuschlag). So können wir diese Funktion aus Shopify heraus nicht sinnvoll nutzen (der dort vorgeschlagene Preis wäre 6,49€!).

DHL Paket und Paket International sind mal wieder die einzigen, die im Checkout KEINE LIVE-Versandkosten berechnen können. Selbst DHL Express oder FedEx bekommen das hin. Das bedeutet: Alle 8 Tarifzonen müssen mühsam manuell angelegt werden. Die ständig neu erfundenen Sonderzuschläge lassen sich so natürlich nicht kalkulieren und dem Kunden weitergeben. Dazu kommen die regelmäßigen Preiserhöhungen mehrmals im Jahr, bei denen sämtliche Pauschal- und Kilopreise erneut manuell angepasst werden dürfen. Kundenservice? Absolute Katastrophe. Das Einzige, was DHL wirklich beherrscht, ist die kreative Erfindung neuer Zuschläge. Pakete werden regelmäßig als Sperrgut deklariert, obwohl die Kartons klar innerhalb der Maximalmaße liegen. Versicherungsschäden und über Wochen verschwundene Sendungen? Bei DHL längst Standard.

DON'T USE DHL! A package to a customer arrived completely torn up. The packaging was new and the content was packed according to DHL standards. The value of the content was about 500€ and arrived irreparably broken. After sending full documentation DHL has repeatedly in unprofessional ways denied damage compensation. The contact we had with DHL was rude with even yelling at us on the phone. We have been on this case for 3 weeks, have to use a lawyer to receive the damage compensation and are now in a court process against DHL. So far it has costed us a lot of time and lawyer costs.

App funktioniert nicht so wie es sein soll. Ständig Fehlermeldungen. Support auch nicht sonderlich gut.

App funktioniert nicht... Beim Erstellen eines Labels erscheint immer nur die Fehlermeldung: "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'phone')"

ACHTUNG, die App hat ohne Vorwarnung preise für mein Produkt verändert - und zwar sogar für alle Regionen. Fast 1000€ Schaden bis es aufgefallen ist!!!!
