Honestly, the app was initially a bit overwhelming for me, considering I am a one-woman-show, who wears many hats in her business, FT job and personal life, however, there was one particular individual who went OVER AND BEYOND, in patiently assisting me after a loooong day, Joy. :) Joy was an absolute pleasure to chat with, and incredibly efficient and knowledgeable! Perfect name for someone who can just so easily give you a warm glimmer of Joy and pleasantness to your day! GOOD customer service is practically non-existent these days, however, I genuinely appreciate this Team and hope they stay consistent in their customer service to us business-owners, etc! Super excellent customer service who goes out of their way to help and accommodate to the best of their ability! Although my issue wasn't solved, they repeatedly tested it on their end and it was working fine. It must be something wrong with mine, but so long it's working for others then that's all it matters. The team is also so very friendly, kind, and responsive answering all the questions I had. I can see myself using the app on a long term since it offers everything I'm looking for after a long long search. Thank you and keep up an amazing work!
