The app allows you to add multiple agents, assign orders and let them deliver orders to the customers. Agents, on the other hand, will have a mobile app to manage the deliveries.Even the customer will be notified of the agent details via an email. This plugin does not work as smooth as the youtube videos suggest. Troubleshooting guide is extremely vague. We have spent almost 5 hours trying to add drivers. Several e-mails sent and tickets created asking for help. Customer service is next to non. Would not recommend as it is not reliable for what your business needs.
