They got up and helped me at 4am their time. Great support. The API set up for Google Maps was a little frustrating, but not something Mappy is in control of. I like the customization options for how the map displays. The text was showing up too light for my theme, so I sent in a chat and they were able to quickly make all the text black on my map. Looks amazing now.

Extremely happy with MAPPY customer service. Contacted them and overnight one of their techs Mabel had redesigned the app to fit our theme we were working on. It was not in their list of themes they had already done before but by the very next morning the appearance of the app was adjusted to perfectly fit the appearance of our new theme. Excited to use this app on my website. I had troubles setting it up, but their team was able to take over and get it done for me. They were great to work with!
