Set up my store with CustomCat as the print on demand. Using CustomCat Support - Help instructions, I set up different shipping methods. One being "express". My customer ordered an item. Selected express. Did not receive item till 10 DAYS LATER. First, they used a lame excuse of the item not passing a quality check. Then they came back and said it was because I used "express" as a type of shipping and they don't offer express. Their help literally offers an option for overnight shipping and does not say you cannot name it "express" in shopify. Sad that they couldn't figure out what express means and ship it with the proper method. Worse that they made excuses instead of taking ownership.

I've been using Custom Cat for 2 years and have had really great experience with very few issues. In the rare occasion where I've had a missing order, they were quick to help find a resolution. Appreciate the great customer service.

Got my order in 5 business days which is not bad at all. I was curious about their DIGISOFT®. It is just regular DTF. Definitely not anything special. I was hoping for a nice new industry print method but it's just a marketing ploy. Otherwise its decent DTF. Slight banding on my print but passable.

I've used customcat over all the other POD apps because of the timeframe to produce, ship and quality.

These guys are chef's kiss (muah!) awesome! Print quality aside ( but print quality is exceptional as well, I don't exactly know what "digisoft" even really means, but I DO know that I like it) this is like an old school business from the mid 90's (in the good sense), if you have a question or problem and need to call them.... you can actually get a HUMAN BEING on the phone!! (imagine THAT!) they are super helpful and patient (if you are as dumb as I am) and will help you reach the finish line. Specifically, I have mostly spoken with 2 reps in particular. Much props and praise to both JT and Mike. They are doing the lord's work out here. I briefly tested the waters with the bigger players ( printify, printful, etc) and I landed on planet CustomCat. Highly recommend. ALSO a tad cheaper pricing and equal if not faster delivery time. USE THIS PRINTER!!!

If a license was required to integrate with Shopify, I would revoke it from them. They seriously do not know what they're doing. First of all, when they fulfill an order, the information does not always transfer to Shopify. The orders they fulfilled were not marked as fulfilled, the tracking number did not transfer either. The result is that we fulfilled these orders TWICE. Then, when you delete a product on the CustomCats app, it deletes it in Shopify too. I completely lost a listing and a day worth of sales for that product because of them. I wish I never tested this app and will definitely not be using it because I can't trust that it will not mess up our store.

Custom Cat is amazing! Everything from the quality of the product to the ease of use and most importantly their next-level customer support. In grateful to have them as a partner as I build my POD business!
