Your customer service is AMAZING! I was blessed to have Patrick Mwange helping me, and he is quite possibly the most helpful person I've ever spoken to my whole life. He's been going back and forth with me for weeks, helping me work through a series of questions about design, format, and coding as I worked to implement this app in the new theme in Shopify. He is the BEST, and if he is representative of the level of service and care that this app gives to its users, then this app has managed to embrace humanity and technology at the same time. Highly recommend this app to help enhance our website. We have had Bonify Custom Fields installed on our Shopify website for years and use it to give us more customization on different product pages. Recently, we accidentally deleted the app from our store and their customer service team was amazing to work with. They were able to very quickly reinstate all of our original coding to allow us to use the app like before. We have been very pleased and look forward to continue using it!
