Description

Credit & Charge Accounts lets customers purchase products on account and pay them later within POS.

Enhance your customer service by offering Credit & Charge Accounts inside Shopify POS. Now, you can give customers the ability to purchase items by putting purchases on their tab and charging it to their account. Customers can then make payments on their balances as required (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, net-45, or custom). With the app, you can view active balances, remaining store credit, transaction history, and more. The app also integrates with Quickbooks POS Desktop & soon to Online.

Charge purchases to a customer’s account and view all transactions.
Set store credit for customers and apply store credit to balances owed to store.
View complete purchase, payment or invoice transaction history for any customer.
Complete remaining balance payments weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or any duration.
Sync and integrate with Quickbooks POS Desktop (& soon to Online).

This app doesn't load any of our customer data. Without a customer, the app is essentially useless. Several emails to support got no response. I wouldn't recommend this app.

The app obvioudly has potential but doesn't work, it isn't pulling any of our customers through, there doesn't seem to be any way to upload the customers and the email address for support bounced, I have contacted the company directly but no answer

I have sent several emails with no support response. This app only works half of the time, sometimes it will charge to customer others it will just spin and think about it until you finally close out and try again with same result. Might work for a customer 1 day then not the next. I have customers that are active in both Shopify and QBO but it will not pull them up in this app to charge to them. You have not reached out, I gave access to store for you to fix! You NEVER even logged into it to fix it!!!! I gave you a phone number to call and have never heard anything!!!

Simple and easy to use. Great support so far! Discounts were not viewable and the support team corrected this within a day. Future suggestions would include a dedicated field for a purchase order entry, and a way to remove items from Shopify stock once they are charged, for replenishing.
