Waited for 3 months and they were not even able to set up the app on my store. Wasted my time saying they would get back to me to solve my issues and then after multiple follows up said we are sorry, please use another tool.

Amazing app! It was a bit overwhelming when you first get started, simply due to the wealth of features the platform offers. But the email builder is really intuitive, with pre-built templates and customizable blocks in drag & drop format. Also, great customer service. Unlike other email apps where you can only get support via email. Here they offer phone, chat, email and dedicated account support person.
