I want to pay for this! Can't belive this is free rigth now. Our team setup Commsayer to move from using an email inbox to a help-desk ticket system. Commslayer does that plus integrates social, shopify chat AND has AI reposnder. Plus you can enable a info/faq style section on your site. These are big store features accessible to anybody now. The pricing cannot be beat. Note, we've also had a support request that was fairly open ended. Then founder got on a call and walked us through our issue (user error). Every time I've purvhased an app and the support had been like this, that is a good sign.

Ummmmm how is this free??? I was skeptical at first, but WoW! Currently it just works, and that is beautiful. No frills. Everything you need in one place, help center, and now more AI features for self service. A-mazing!! If your on the fence from switching from a 'big player' just do it. We used Commslayer to get us through airing on Shark Tank and it works better than Intercom (for what we need) at literally no cost.

I migrated from Intercom after extensively analyzing all available options. Every support software out there keeps inflating their monthly pricing, making it nearly impossible to justify the cost. I’ve always been on the lookout for a tool as complete as this one—of course, it’s still missing a few features compared to the industry giants, but updates keep rolling in, and it’s getting better fast. So far, I haven’t encountered a single bug, and the support team has been incredibly responsive. I genuinely think they’re on track to dethrone the big dogs who have dominated this space for years while continuously raising prices unfairly. At first, I was skeptical—I couldn’t understand how they could offer this for free. It’s the complete opposite of what’s standard in the industry. But after testing, I can confidently say: fully approved. Huge thanks to Karri and his team for making everything so accessible and for the amazing work put into this!

Swapped from Gorgias where we felt that we were overpaying for basic features. Happy with our decision. Amazing product - I can't believe brands are paying hundreds (sometimes thousands) a month for other SAAS's that do the exact same thing. Karri is a boss too.

Honestly is a gamechanger. At the FREE pricepoint you wont find anything better and it is far better than simply using G-Suite for CS. Has AI, auto hides bad comments, etc. Give it a try. Plus, Karri is a legend

I've used HelpScout for many years but their pricing was getting out of control. I did the comparison for Giorgias and Zendesk but they didn't seem impressive for what they were charging. I was happy to see a native Shopify help desk app that is free and works perfectly! Looking forward to seeing this app grow.

Just pure value all the way. These guys have solved all the painpoints with running CS for a small-ish store and best of all the price is amazing (free atm). 8/5 stars if it would be possible.

My experience with Commslayer has been incredible. I've been a long time Zendesk user for support on another store of mine, and recently opened a new brand. This was the perfect time for me to test something new. So I started with Commslayer. My support team LOVES it and is asking me to migrate the other store to Commslayer as well (I will soon, I tell them!). It's faster, easier, and has the integrations we need directly with Shopify. Not only do I highly recommend Commslayer, I'm baffled why it wouldn't be every owner's first pick.

So far so good. This is my first time using a CX software so don't know much about what to expect. Only thing I know is that is being very helpful compared to just handle tickets over email and to onboard a CX agent to support me. I don't think I am using most of the features but thanks for building this, it's been very helpful so far.
