People can bypass the coming soon feature and are able to purchase items ahead of them being released. I have multiple orders from iphone users who add item to cart by clicking on item quantity hitting go, and by passing coming soon restrictions before item launches. It is a great feature and interface, but if it doesn't work and a few people take advantage it hurts other customers from getting an item that is very limited quantity. If the fix the bug that allows users to order ahead, than great, but I have not had a response from my customer service request to be refunded due to app not functioning properly.

It can be a tad glitchy, but their tech team is very communicative and fixes any issues quickly! This is a great app.

It's a great and simple app overall. However, lately, the app been crashing (twice in 4 months or so). Although the customer service is rather quick at managing the problem. Recently, Jay helped me in under an hour with my problem. Hopefully, setubridge team can improve the app experience and prevent similar problemas. We, customers, only use this app probably once a month. It would be great to have a reliable app each time we need to use it.

The Coming Soon app is really impressive! It allows you to easily set specific products and collections as “Coming Soon,” which makes managing upcoming launches extremely smooth. I also love how customizable it is you can adjust the badge color and form button style to perfectly match your store’s branding. The support is outstanding too. Jay provides super-fast and helpful assistance, making the setup process very easy. Overall, this app is powerful, simple to use, and a great addition to any Shopify store. Highly recommended!

Not recommended. After setup, the “Coming Soon” feature only works on products listed on the first page — from the second page onward, it stops working. Related product sections such as “Related Products” and “Recently Viewed” also fail to function. I purchased the highest-tier plan, and while customer support responded quickly, the issue remained unresolved even after a week. My time was wasted, and I have deleted the app. Not recommended.
