Zapiet solves my small businesses local delivery logistics issues, along with the associated communications. Allows our customers to select both pick up and delivery dates. Compared to other apps, it is easy to set up. I did it fairly quick and got it integrated into my store. The AI support Zach, is quite good. Helped my troubleshoot. Live tech support is available very quickly. I worked with Krystabel who was terrific! Recommend the app.

I was going around in circles trying to fix a frustrating “No stores available with your item” error at checkout, and Leo jumped in with first-class support from start to finish. He patiently walked me through the issue, identified the conflict with Shopify’s native pickup option, and not only resolved it but also tidied up the flow and wording at checkout — even modifying the theme code to make everything look perfect.
