Ran into some issues when first installing and setting up this up (likely caused by us not the software), but between their AI Chat and quick live merchant support specialist, Jayne, we were back up and running quickly. Although could use some improvements with bulk edits and changes, Zapeit P&D has a ton of features and excited to get setup completed and start using it on our new site.

This app is so essential to my business and it fulfils its purpose to the max. The customer service is AMAZING whenever we have a quick question or a tech issue, Betty and the team are straight on it, willing to help and always able to resolve our queries. Would absolutely recommend Zapiet for delivery, pickup and shipping management.
