We wanted to set wholesale prices for individual SKUs and we compared most of the top rated wholesale apps in shopify app store. We found clay to be the most suited app. Not only did they have the feature we wanted but also their support was top notch. This app so far does everything that I need - offers discounted prices to trade customers. It allowed me to set different discounts for different products and design a trade registration form as needed. At first, it was showing the cheapest price for each product in the collection view, whereas I needed it to show the full product price. The team completed this for me quickly on request. I also needed the discounted price to show in the quick look window, which didn't happen by default but they also did this promptly on request. Great service and app. Thank you.

Been using the app for a couple months now and love the fact that I can offer different shipping options to my retail and wholesale customers. The wholesale pricing table also works great on all my product pages as well and allows me to group my customers into various tiers. The team has been super helpful with any questions I have and is always super quick to reply! Would definitely recommend to any ecommerce seller that does B2B and DTC

We switched over from BOLD Commerce to Clay and could not be happier. We have had no downtime after more than 6 months of using the application, so for us the app has been very reliable. It also loads fast enough and does not drag down our store performance. Clay offers responsive and very knowledgeable support. We are hoping to see some future developments that allow us some form of automated price updates. *UPDATE* Clay has added an API endpoint which allows us to push pricing updates straight from our back-end into the Clay app.This is such an important update for us. We needed to merge a retail site that allows customization for products with a wholesale site that has bulk pricing and does not allow customization. This proved to be difficult, but Clay B2B Wholesale Pricing did the trick. It's simple, straight-forward, easy to use, and works out of the box. CSV uploads make updating bulk pricing dead-simple, and the customer service is outstanding. Extremely prompt and very helpful. I can recommend this app to any developer or business owner. Hiding customization features from other apps when a wholesale customer is logged in did take some liquid coding - but that's to be expected. Overall - 5 stars out of 5.

It's challenging for small businesses to find affordable apps that get the job done without complexity and excessive cost. Clay accomplishes that for us. I've been able to add a wholesale customer group that functions seamlessly within our retail site. We only wholesale our artisan pewter brand, Crosby & Taylor. Clay allows us to limit wholesale pricing to only those products while keeping everything else at retail. Clay is intuitive and easy to set up, and their team is incredibly responsive and helpful if you hit a snag. It's exactly what I needed to get our wholesale operation off the ground, and I'm confident it can meet our needs for expanded functionality as we grow.
