I have been using this app for about a year or more for the wholesale side of my business. They have always been very prompt to respond to any technical issue I have had and have worked tenaciously to ensure everything is satisfactory before closing a ticket. The app works well at letting me discount my inventory for wholesale customers. I don't use the full strength of this app, but recommend it to anyone who has wholesale customers and wants to use Shopify to track.

The developers of this app have provided excellent support, quickly helping to address issues that are fairly specific to my business. I looked at some other apps and found WAIO to be by far the best value.
