I also spoke with Richarde, and he was less than helpful. They took my money, refused to help, and accused me of lying. Then double down saying I was lying again, followed by asking me to remove my review. These people are leaving fake reviews.

"I reached out for tech support via text the POWr and I was helped by representative Richarde. He helped us navigate your program. He was so helpful and provided screen shots that made it easier to visualize where to go and what to do. Richarde was very knowledgeable and was attentive to our needs. I discovered he stayed well after his shift ended to ensure we had completed the task at hand. We appreciate you Richarde, thank you. With Kindness, Augusto The Body Deli Team"
