Being able to have all your orders in one place really makes a difference. I love the fact that I only have to go to one place to print all my labels. Also being able to edit my packing slip is awesome (HTML Knowledge Required). Not having to jump from site to site looking for orders really is nice. This integrates perfectly with my UPS account.

I prefer them over FBA. Much better to work with. As someone new to ecommerce, in my 4 day working with them, they have always had real people to help me iron out all the hiccups in my new business.
Fast and reliable, but pricey. I ordered some jeans from a company that ships from China. However, it's really expensive because I had to pay about 25 bucks to UPS for customs fees and then another 20 bucks to have them shipped from their warehouse in China to my warehouse in the U.S. The jeans did arrive perfectly, though.

Absolutely outstanding and enthusiastic, very helpful with the inspection of our project, and not at all pushy. I really appreciated the customer service attitude; he immediately provided me with all the information I needed, complete with annotations and visual guides that made it easy for me to conceptualize the process. Although our needs changed and we ultimately did not move forward with the project, it was not for lack of assistance from ChinaDivision's side. Beware of China Division's VIP Service: A Nightmare of Delays and Incompetence.
Our parcel, which was supposed to be a priority shipment, has been delayed for an astonishing three months. Despite the promises of expedited handling and superior service for VIP customers, the reality was far from what was advertised. After such an extended period, our shipment has gone missing, and China Division is refusing to take any responsibility, citing that the delay has exceeded their time of responsibility.
This level of service is unacceptable. Not only did we face an unreasonable delay, but the company’s refusal to address the issue or offer any compensation has left us in a frustrating and difficult position. Their lack of accountability and customer care is alarming.
What’s more, I suspect that many of the positive reviews about their service are fake. Based on our experience, it's hard to believe that these reviews reflect the true quality of their service. If you value your time and money, I strongly advise against using China Division’s services. The cost of their incompetence is high, and you may find yourself having to refund customers due to their poor handling and unresponsiveness.
China Division’s VIP service has proven to be a costly and frustrating mistake. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable logistics provider.
