This app is very hard to navigate, I wish I could say setup was easy but it is not. I also reached out to support with one of the settings not seemigly working, no response after multiple days.

While upselling and offering free gifts can boost sales, these tactics can be overwhelming or even intrusive for customers. If not implemented carefully, upsell prompts could distract from the main purchase or make customers feel pressured into additional purchases they may not want. This might lead to dissatisfaction, especially if customers feel like the checkout is too focused on selling them more products instead of providing a smooth buying experience.

This app is amazing thanks to the incredible developer Kyle. I've had several emails back and forth with Kyle asking about features and how to do things and he's responded incredibly quickly and helpfully. What a delight! The app has already paid for itself just by adding one item in a cross sell block in the checkout. I tested Shopify's new checkout blocks app but this one was way more intuitive and did exactly what I needed with less finagling. Thanks Kyle for a great app!
