Fantastic widget for having a live chat feature on a Shopify site. Integrates well with a Facebook Business page as well.

The ability to communicate directly through the inbox has been a game changer. I plan to use it for a long time. Marvin has also been great!

The best chat app out there

The app works perfectly, I was using a default Shopify chat button, but after performing a pagespeed insights scan I noticed that it was working slowly on my store, after I installed Chatway my speedscore has increased, inbox works like a charm and is very beginner friendly! Oh wait, and you can use it for free?!

Its only been a few days of testing this service, but all things seem to be running smoothly! The App was very easy to setup, which is coming from someone who is new to shopify. Additionally, The chat function is quick and I really like the part where I can chat with customers on my phone.
