Despite a fairly difficult start with CTX (Meta banned my account just after the integration, not CTX fault ..) the support team has been very responsive and helped me through the process of setting up and fixing a few things here and there. I haven't yet seen the return of the app, it's only been a couple of weeks, but I have friends who have been using for over a year and can't recommend enough. Give it a go, I am sure you won't be disappointed.

Good app. We have been using it for more than 6 months. Great for Abandoned Cart Recovery and COD Confirmation. We are still trying the marketing features of the app. The Support is extremely prompt and helpful, unlike other Shopify apps, they solve issues via proper Gmeet and enable timely work flow. I have been using this app for over two months now. It is providing all the automation workflows like abandoned cart, cod confirmation, order confirmation, order fulfillment, follow up after purchase etc. Customer support is prompt and very effective. Abandoned cart was not working properly for me because of some third part checkouts, but support staff modified code for our store and it started working. Nice UI and also less costly w.r.t other apps. highly recommended.
