I’ve tested a lot of chatbot apps and most of them feel overcomplicated or locked behind limits. Chaterimo keeps things clean and gives you real flexibility with your AI model choice. Setup took a bit of time at first, mainly around API configuration, but once it’s running it performs extremely well. Responses are fast, accurate, and customers are getting help instantly. Definitely one of the best-value chatbot apps I’ve used so far.

Solid lightweight chatbot. We use it with the latest GPT model and the answers are scary good. The pricing tiers were a bit unclear when I first installed, took me a while to figure out which plan I actually needed. But compared to Tidio its a no brainer for the price. 10/10 would recommend

Honestly idk why anyone is still paying Gorgias prices. They wanted to charge me extra for 'AI automation' that Chaterimo does essentially by default. The app is simple, maybe a bit TOO simple visually, but it works. My customers are getting answers instantly and I'm not waking up to 50 emails.

Confusing pricing at first, but worth it Switched from Gorgias mainly to cut costs. Chaterimo is def way cheaper, but I was pretty confused by the pricing structure in the beginning... didn't really get how the model usage billed vs the app subscription. Support helped explain it quickly tho. Now that I get it, I'm saving like $300 a month!

Finally I can pick the model This is exactly what I wanted. Other apps lock you into their 'proprietary' AI which usually sucks. With Chaterimo I just plug in the newest LLM (using GPT 5.2 currently) and my bot is instantly smarter than my actual support agents. Had a small issue getting my organisation verified at first but it was just a setting on my OpenAI API account. If u want control over ur chatbot, get this app.

Love the app itself, super lightweight and doesnt bloat my theme like Tidio did. I took off one star just cuz setting up the Gemini API key was a total headache. Google makes their cloud console so confusing to navigate. Not Chaterimos fault (their guide was ok) but if ur not tech savvy it takes a minute to figure out where to get the keys. Once its connected tho? It flies. Best AI I’ve used.
