Not only is their entire software extremely buggy and hasn’t improved after repeated service tickets with customer conversations disappearing, they also ignore you as soon as you want to cancel and will bill your credit card anyway. I had to contact my credit card company and report fraud to stop the charges. Really disappointing. Just use Klaviyo, their Whatsapp solution is much better. UPDATE: one of the cofounders also found my personal phone number and is now intimidating me via text because of this review.

Terrible, could not get it to work with shopify or omnisend - reached out to their "support" numerous times over a three day period requesting assistance, no response except from an AI bot making excuses why no one has gotton back to me. Really don't understand why this is even available in Shopify and Omnisend app store!
