The synchronization is very good. If there is something missing, they try to include it. You can add VAT, discounts you want to synchronize, units, and storage. Its global synchronization with reviews and sales for a single product in different countries with translations. Aditi does a good job and is always attentive.

This app is great! I use it to sync my TikTok Shop Europe orders directly into Shopify, and it works perfectly once everything is set up. Getting started with CedCommerce for TikTok Shop wasn’t the easiest — especially when it came to syncing products at the beginning. The interface also takes a bit of time to learn. But once everything is set up and you get familiar with how it works, it runs smoothly and does the job well. The real highlight for me has been the support: our account manager is always available on WhatsApp and responds instantly, which makes the whole process much easier.
