The synchronization is very good. If there is something missing, they try to include it. You can add VAT, discounts you want to synchronize, units, and storage. Its global synchronization with reviews and sales for a single product in different countries with translations. Aditi does a good job and is always attentive.

But once everything is set up and you get familiar with how it works, it runs smoothly and does the job well. The real highlight for me has been the support: our account manager is always available on WhatsApp and responds instantly, which makes the whole process much easier.

Guter Support, schnelle Antwort und lösen alle Probleme immer super. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Synchronisation mit Shopify müsste automatisher sein. Wenn man etwas an Produkten ändert oder neu hochlädt, muss man immer manuell neu uploaden.
