Although the plugin works the way its advertised, but the web vitals are affected heavily, seems poorly coded plugin. (not a techie here but that what it looks.)

This is a COD verification app that does not verify COD orders. After initial OTP verification customer is free to put any other phone number while entering shipping details. This defeats the entire purpoe of the app. Support is not 24 Hrs as claimed by the developers , there is no trial on paid plans (free plans do not offer testing of all functions) . Customer support claims that since we are poor and cannot afford shopify plus plans we should be happy with whatever they are giving us in this app. One of the worst app ever on shopify... completly avoidable
