We have used this app for years. We feel it is a "must have" app. Without this app, customers lose their shopping cart if they switch devices prior to placing their order. This is NOT how all of the large online retailer websites function so, without the app, the customer wonders why their Shopify cart is "lost" when they switch devices or they allow someone else (i.e. a friend or family member) to log into their account. With the App installed, the shopping cart effectively stays with the respective Shopify Customer ACCOUNT rather than just being available on the DEVICE (i.e. iPhone, android, or laptop) that was used to add the product to the shopping cart.

This is great! Our clients now have the convenience to browse and add to their cart on one system and then carry on later on another device to continue their shopping. So helpful! Also, the customer service given for when we had an issue was taken care of quickly and professionally. Great service.

There no option to manually remove the 'persistent_cart' auto-tag of every order that utilized it. There should always be these type of options for the end-user to do it themselves. Contacted developer, and they removed the auto-tag. Thanks!
