Phenomenal App! The value of the data that this app produces has already help our business become more efficient, created more revenue, and helped our customers better navigate our site. I Highly recommend.

Checkout Zen has been a great addition to our Shopify e-commerce store. It provides us with audit and analytics data that has given us the tools to improve our path to conversion increasing sales and improving our customer experience.

So... I randomly stumbled into this app a few months ago while looking for a better reporting app. Having obsessed about our conversion rates ever since we launched our store, this one immediately caught my attention. Not because of the title, reviews, or price, but because it's the first app I have seen in the Shopify app store that provides an advanced analysis of critical data that often gets overlooked by smaller merchants. And since it's in the checkout, this is data you don't already have either. You may have obsessed over getting more traffic, improving your conversion rate or add to cart rate. If so, great. But what about the people leaving your checkout? What happens if your checkout completion rate goes up from 70% to 80%? Answer: You make A LOT more money, and your whole business becomes more profitable. Your ads become a lot more competitive too. And all this from just fixing a few pages in your checkout you previously thought where good enough. About the app: *You are able to differentiate and compare device types, dates, and pretty much any data *You get contextual tips on where you should focus *You can discover how you compare to industry benchmarks *You get followed up like royalty by their support team *You have an enterprise-level tool, for $10/mo *They treat your feedback like it's gold bars (*but not locked up in a vault) That being said, the app is still quite new, and is being actively developed. There might be insignificant bugs the support team will help you out with. The company behind it mostly work with some of the biggest companies in the world, doing data analysis, complex A/B testing and so on, and they really know what they're doing. I have already learned some new and useful metrics, and I'm grateful we have access to this fantastic tool.
