I’ve been testing out a few bundle apps until I found Kaching Bundles and the app works great.. it's most aesthetic one if you care about your UX, but what really stood out was their customer support. I had a very specific niche issue and Erikas went above and beyond to help me solve it quickly. Really impressed with the level of care and support .. highly recommend!

J'ai eu un petit soucis avec un bundle j'ai fais appel au support qui m'ont répondu (après 10 minutes seulement) de manière très clair et ont même débloqué la situation très rapidement. Merci à Domantas pour son execution rapide cela m'a beaucoup aidé et j'ai pu débloquer ma situation en 15 minutes top chrono ! :)

Handige app om bundels in te stellen, makkelijk in gebruik en de helpdesk via de chat is geweldig, snel en goed geholpen door Deividas, aanrader!

Installation and setup is user friendly, I had one hiccup and Leva was able to guide me through the fix with ease and included images to make it even easier. Excited to see sales go up.

Net begonnen bij de app om bundles te gebruiken. Nu had ik gelijk opstart problemen, maar dat lag aan mij, toen vroeg ik domantas om hulp, die jongen heeft mij een uur lang staan helpen met belangerijke dingen voor mijn shop. Echt super blij met deze aankoop, ik raad dit iedereen aan! Hele goeie service van domantas.

Funciona muy bien esta aplicación me ha servido mucho para aumentar mi AOV, y tambien aumentar mi CVR, además la atención al cliente es buena considerando que es instantanea y en vivo, te ayudan un montón. Sebastian fui muy útil cuando tenía un problema con un regalo gratis de mis bundles. La recomiendo 100x100 a quienes desen aumentar su AOV y su CVR.

Erikas was very helpful and quickly solved my request. He hid Bar #1 and set it up so I now only use the progressive gifts feature. Great support!

Absolutely incredible is the number of features that come built-in. The split testing function works great and has allowed me to split test price, bundles, and copy. I was able to get ride of Intelligems and UFE Upsell completely. Customer support is ridiculously fast - I'm used to having to wait 20+ hours for responses from UFE but these guys start DMing almost immediately. They have helped me with custom coding on several of my bundles. i've also really enjoyed their cart, and upsell pop-up. Haven't tried the post purchase because of price, but all their other apps are affordable compared to Zipify and UFE Upsell.

Kaching is great, we've used it for years! Paulius is always helping us with any issues we may have!
