A lot going on in a small amount of space. I can see the power in this. I can also see where improvements can be made. Dealing with Jou.. today started a little frustrating but he prevailed in getting me answers to some questions that i needed. Im not a computer wiz but im slowly catching on. This app has brought in a nice % of income over the 2025 BF specials. I would like to see it bring in more over the course of the next year. The more i learn ,,,,the more this app should assist.

Not even used, or set-up the app, and they deducted money from my account. When I tried to reach out about this matter, nobody replies. Very sad to steal money in this way.

This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. I urge your team to improve communication, provide accurate wait-time updates, and ensure customers are acknowledged promptly.
