This app could have been great. The functionality is decent. However, any potential benefit was completely overshadowed by the worst customer service experience I've encountered. Specifically, dealing with them was a nightmare. "Customer service" is a misnomer in this case. Expect delays, misinformation, and a general disregard for your time. If you value your sanity, steer clear. I've uninstalled the app and will be seeking a competitor. It's a shame, really, because the app itself isn't terrible. But one incompetent representative can ruin everything. Don't waste your time & Money.. I already did and Uninstalled the App.

Paid the subscription fee that I normally pay for this subscription but the guy handling this app did not activate it on my store when asked about it I was informed that prices have increased and now I'll have to pay 2x the amount I was previously paying. Did not find the new price worth it so asked him to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They stopped responding to my messages after that. Inshort they exhorted double the amount of what I was paying from me to activate which I had to pay or lose my money altogether.
