Pues es la que "mejor funciona" de todas las apps de este tipo, el único detalle es que ya van dos veces en dos semanas que se tiene instalada que deja de funcionar. Desgraciadamente no cuentan con soporte de forma directa para que puedan resolver los problemas facilmente.

Hasta el momento registra todos los bots que recibe el sistema, pero a pesar de haber subido el plan por uno más costoso no se ve una mejora. No tiene la opción de poder bloquear las IPs o ciudades donde ya se tiene localizado el ataque lo cual es una pena.

Great app. Looked for an app after Bots kept harrassing my store by placing automated abandoned checkouts, and creating huge spikes in fake traffic from the same locations. After setting up Negate, this was all solved. Good communiation with Taylor, who is always happy to explain or investigate specific issues. Feels so much cleaner having Negate filtering my traffic. I have been searching for years for an affordable way to deal with bots on our site. Our analytics were useless with these bots and it was very frustrating not to be able to make decisions due to this issue. Finally I found Negate Bot and I couldn't be happier. *Edited 4-10-24* I came back to see what their reply to my review would be and I see that they state that I threatened them with a negative review for free services. Unfortunately for them, I can prove that is false. All communications are directly copied and pasted from the email chain with no exclusions, and I will be happy to provide all of that upon request. I also never requested anything other than information from them on how they got their metrics and how they came to the advertised amount of money saved. The claim that I threatened a bad review for free services is unequivocally false and I would highly encourage them to post their proof of this as I have posted the entirety of the communication between us except for the trouble ticket info as I do not possess that. Ok So first I read the bad review like most people to see what was sooo bad about this app. I then read the dev's response, they mentioned to check out their docs, which I read that. After reading the bad review and the docs from the dev's response I decided to still give this app a try. I am so glad I did. So for anyone not very tech savvy this is what I did and maybe it will help you. I added this app to my site b/c I was noticing some bot traffic for sure. After I added it I reached out to support and asked if they would kindly take a look at what I had setup to make sure I had it right. Their customer service is amazing. They were very prompt to answer all my questions and we set up a call today to go over everything just to make sure I had a clear understanding of what was actually going on with my site. They listened to my concerns and explained the different types of bots and what they do and the different ways the bots actually damage your site. I looked up some of this info before the call so I was aware of some of it, but they explained it in depth. They were very thorough and how the Negate app works to help protect my site. The phone call was extremely informative, helpful and friendly. As I mentioned after doing a lot of research on my own before the call and after the call I am very glad I installed this app to protect my site. If you're getting an influx in traffic that you're not sure of you should really consider this app. I highly recommend it.
