The app itself is super easy to use, and you can really set it and forget it, which is exactly what we needed. But honestly, the real star here is the customer support. Huge shoutout to Izzy! Not only was she quick to respond, but she was also incredibly personable and actually took the time to give us some really useful SEO tips outside of the app's scope. Most apps just help with what they’re built for and call it a day, but Izzy went above and beyond. Seriously, that kind of service is rare these days. I reached out on the chat because I was unclear on a few functions. Izzy was very friendly, even added some cute gifs and fun personality. She was able to answer my questions and provide me links for more info if I needed. I have used the app for a long time and have seen improvement on my SEO. It's nice that it's automated and works for me when I am not working.

I am going with three stars (originally 2) simply because their chat support tried to help. I have been using this SEO app for sometime and my SEO has gotten worse. I find out my meta descriptions are 249 or more and not 160 or less. I have the app controlling all of this. Needless to say I will be shopping for a new SEO app immediately. Tier 2 support is going to look at my site but they need time to review. This app made me feel great like every thing was going well, only to find out it is in fact not..
