i would give this app a five star because as i have seen many of the apps for seo compared to this, this app is very easy to understand and also easy to use and the team member with whom i was talking with, his name is (jon) that guy is just so good he helped me very much and the things which even i didnt know would be good for the customers he told me, look i just wanna say the app and that guy jon with whom i was talking with is just awesome....

After downloading this app, an automatic chat window was opened and I got connected with Jon. There I got some nice tips etc. and he was very helpful and nice. Yay!:) I cannot rate this app as in general right now, because I just got it, but the customer service seems about right:)) Plus you get a free trial for their more pro plans:)

Had a chat with Jon on verifying my website. The process was seamless and I ended up with a nice discount as well! The app interface seems intuitive, 4 stars for now, but as I use it more often I hope it will be a 5/5.

I was asked to review the app but have just set it up, so I am still waiting for an opinion. However, this review is to answer 2 parts. App and support 1. App so far 3 stars for Ease of use of the application to set up. I am more than confident that once I'm using the app full-time it will be a 5-star for sure 2. Support needs a 5-star rating as Yaci was fantastic! I hope the rest of the team is as good. I would highlight more about Yaci and customer services except I'm paranoid I was talking to an AI bot so I won't go on about the Excellence! of the service Yaci provided.

Izzy has been helpful and very responsive. Not sure about the app in general because my goal is to increase SEO so I can make sales. That hasn't happened yet.

Not impressed at all with this. The app is extremely simplistic in reality. By "fixing alt texts" for example, all it does is duplicate your page title across all images for a product. This duplication would just get you down ranked. It would at least have been useful to add context or some kind of structure to the auto generated alt texts, but control is limited. It also messed up my meta title and descriptions which I had written myself for every one of my 500+ products. Downgrading my plan undid some of the damage, but I still have a lot to fix now. Support is also laughable. Very unimpressed with this simplistic and overpriced app. Not a scam, but not far off.
