We have used BTA for over 3 years and it's the only booking app we have ever used. Simple to set-up and very good interface on the customer side and on the store side. Customer support is extremely responsive and any issues are quickly resolved. My one wish is that there is a way for google analytics to integrate with the app. As soon as a customer begins the booking process on the BTA side, we lose side of customer conversions.

The App itself is very easy to set up and use. I've used other apps and this one has impressed me the most, and given me the ability to customize almost everything for our store. Rob B was super wonderful to work with at BTA. BTA is fairly simple to use where I was able to set up everything on my own. I wanted to make sure all my settings were correct so I contacted support and was connected with Rob B. We reviewed the functions and how they should operate and he was able to view my settings and make corrections for me. I am happy with the app itself as well as their customer service - thanks again Rob :)
