By far the best customer service I have experienced of any apps on Shopify. They are responsive and incredibly helpful. The app itself has been performing as it should and I am happy to have made the switch to BON.

I have tried many loyality apps, but nothing have fit in my business except this app. With a very great help from Sophie, I am finally in the air with my Loyality and Rewards program. Easy to set up. Sophie also help to remove a watermark as a gift for me. Very kindly and fast reply.

I’ve only been using this app for a few days, but so far, it has been a great experience. The free version offers more features than other rewards programs, and the basic plan is also more affordable. I love that you can customize all the colors, emails, etc., to match your brand and easily change the sending email to your own. The customer service is excellent; Sophie and Jean were always there to help with any questions during the setup.

The service is amazing! Quick response time and all of my issues were solved. They removed the Bon branding and changed the email address on the email templates to my personal domain name. So excited to get started using this app.

I am new to Bon Loyalty, using the free plan for now because my website is still under development. The live chat help is awesome, speaking to a real person. My helper Cara has been amazing to work with and helped me setup the free plan. I am excited for my clients to use this program and hopefully it'll help my business grow.

I'm just now setting up the app, but so far it's easy peasy. And the support is awesome. Each time I had a question, I got a clear and prompt response, complete with some sort of graphic or animation to help me have fun with the process. I have a good feeling that this is the app for us!
