Entre todas las plataformas que hay para envios, bluexpress debe tener la mejor, le han agregado buenas opciones a su portal ecommerce, dejamos de usar enviame para trabajar directamente con bluexpress y funciona bastante bien, ya llevamos mas de 1 año

El camino del emprendedor es difícil y lleno de obstáculos. La falta de información y apoyo técnico de Blue Express para hacer la integración y configuración de la app y sus funciones con Shopify es uno de los obstáculos mas grande que hemos tenido. A medida que crecen las empresas también lo hacen sus problemas, Blue Express se supone que tiene equipo de profesionales para optimizar sus procesos. No es posible que los manuales de integración estén desactualizados y no hay correcta difusión y disposición de la información de integración y configuración. ACTUALIZACIÓN: Se pusieron en contacto conmigo y abordamos mi situación para resolver el problema que teníamos, subo mi clasificación de 1 a 5 estrellas por la excelente atención del personal de integración.
