The customer service is so helpful! The BLOOP Referral Program is so easy to set up. I do think that the email templates need tweaking to read to our tone, but the functional features of the app, smooth customer experience, and ease of use are such a high value! Jennie and everyone are wonderful to work with, answering questions easily and quickly. We had an issue with our widget not showing up with our theme, and they jumped in right away to resolve the issue! Bonus: I didn't realize that you could send emails to your customers to notify them about the referral program within the app! Secret sauce to be able to push out the referral invite to existing customers this way!

The app is very simple and offers quite basic features (especially in terms of reporting), but is perfect if you only want to set up a referral program. The team is incredibly helpful and has made lots of efforts to improve the app so that it fits our needs. Jennie is always available and offers great support. WONDERFUL experience. We had an awful experience with another app, which left us needing an app for a campaign at the last minute. The support here is outstanding. Jennie and the team helped us with a reasonably complicated DNS setup and had us up and running in no time. I recommend this app 100% and looking forward to watching it grow.

Really easy to set up and Jennie is so helpful. We had the icon blocking buttons on the menu which was a little tricky but they have organised to modify it so when the menu opens it disappears - top quality help and really great support could not recommend enough!

Overall it's pretty good. Super easy to implement but pretty difficult to customize. Especially if you're using a custom theme with customized fonts, sizes, etc and you want everything to match.

This referral app is perfect, exactly what I needed! It's necessary for me to have excellent customer support when choosing an app, if it doesn't, I won't be using it for long. This is not the case with BLOOP. Jennie was very friendly and quick to respond to each of my questions. Highly recommended!

Just getting started but the first impression is great. Easy to set up with all the important funcions for our shop at hand. Looks like a perfect fit for us.

THe team is amazing! They did a customized button for me. I designed it and they helped implement it into the website for FREE! What an incredible team. My only complaint is that the app doesn't automatically assign my subscribers a referral link that I can just send to them. I feel like my customers don't want to go through the extra step to put their email in to receive a link. Also, you can't customize a page to be a referral page. Furthermore, you can't customize the website to send the referrals to purchase.

If you need a referral program, you are CRAZY to use anything else. We needed a simple program that would offer a discount on one particular item. I must have looked at 2 dozen apps - some were stupid expense for a small company - about 200 orders a month. I download and worked with about 6 - each time finding something it wouldn't do. And then I found this! There was an update while I was working which made everything super easy. And the support is amazing. Now if I could just get them to make every app I need!
