The customer service is so helpful! The BLOOP Referral Program is so easy to set up. I do think that the email templates need tweaking to read to our tone, but the functional features of the app, smooth customer experience, and ease of use are such a high value! Jennie and everyone are wonderful to work with, answering questions easily and quickly. We had an issue with our widget not showing up with our theme, and they jumped in right away to resolve the issue! Bonus: I didn't realize that you could send emails to your customers to notify them about the referral program within the app! Secret sauce to be able to push out the referral invite to existing customers this way!

The app is very simple and offers quite basic features (especially in terms of reporting), but is perfect if you only want to set up a referral program. The team is incredibly helpful and has made lots of efforts to improve the app so that it fits our needs. Jennie is always available and offers great support. WONDERFUL experience. We had an awful experience with another app, which left us needing an app for a campaign at the last minute. The support here is outstanding.
