Our shop was plagued by fraudulent orders and abandoned checkouts. All previous measures had been unsuccessful. We then installed Checkout Rules and Blockify in addition to the Shopify measures. With the excellent support of the support team, the problem was successfully resolved. Blockify is easy to set up and offers good configuration and monitoring options. We are very happy and can highly recommend the app.

This app is a great add on to work in conjunction with the Blockify Fraud Filter, Blocker. Easy to set up and with the help of Louis, we created a rule that should hopefully stop the bots creating abandon carts en masse. A ton of options with this app so you can set it up to really help the protection you need. I am glad that Louis from Blockify suggested using it bc I wouldn't not have known that this was such a great option. It really helps bring peace of mind and will be applicable on a few levels. ETA: Word to the wise, this is what I was told after a fraudulent order came through from Villa Rica GA for a digital order (no shipping address only billing): It seems that, despite our best efforts, there’s unfortunately nothing more we can do at this point other than wait it out until the activity stops. --- it would be nice if this problem, a known fraud, got fixed stat. Sofia went above and beyond to help me stop fraudulent orders!
