This app has been really useful in helping us to stop spam transactions on our charity website. Louis also provided really great customer service in helping to set up checkout rules.

The app is unfortunately poor. 1 - It's difficult to understand. 2 - Support options are limited. 3 - The trial period is also very short. 4 - Contacting technical support is not good, as the advisor doesn't explain the content properly.

could not handle a simple "limit one" at check out. Rule was correct but even if set up as min0 max 1, it woul not work properly for the max.

We didn't end up using the app because it wasn't suitable for our needs due to Shopify gatekeeping certain functionality unless we pay extortionate amounts of money. That said the customer help team at Blocky couldn't have been more helpful

Mabel was really nice and patient answering all my questions. She even went on the extra mile to do a video demo and explained the different functions that the app offers! :)
